Inhabit® is a global PropTech company headquartered in Knoxville, Tennessee, offering a unified ecosystem of software solutions for the residential and short-term rental property management industries.
My Role
At Inhabit, I lead the Digital Services, Residential team—a cross-functional group responsible for managing and optimizing the digital infrastructure that supports over 40 business units and their marketing websites across our residential and short-term rental portfolios.
Our team functions as a centralized digital resource for the broader marketing organization, collaborating closely with marketing directors, graphic designers, content strategists, and event coordinators. We also work cross-functionally with teams across the company to ensure our digital systems and campaigns align with larger business goals.
My core responsibilities include overseeing the strategy, performance, and user experience of our marketing websites, as well as managing our enterprise Marketo instance to drive campaign automation, segmentation, and lead nurturing.
I began my journey at Inhabit as a hands-on designer and developer, contributing across graphic design, UI/UX, web design, and front-end development. Since then, I’ve transitioned into a leadership role where I blend creative vision, technical expertise, and strategic oversight to scale and unify Inhabit’s digital marketing ecosystem.
Razor (Formerly Antye) – Duluth, GA
UI/UX Designer & Front-End Developer
At Razor, I played a dual role in both design and development, creating responsive, user-centered websites and applications from the ground up. I worked closely with the Lead Creative Director to shape digital experiences that aligned with client goals and market needs.
Key responsibilities included:
- Conceiving and generating responsive web designs using modern front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS3, and jQuery
 - Building custom WordPress themes from scratch with PHP, including template creation and CMS customization
 - Delivering UI/UX design and mobile app design, focused on usability, accessibility, and intuitive interaction
 - Developing high-fidelity mockups and prototyping workflows for web applications and complex product interfaces
 - Leading web development projects by tailoring solutions based on market research and client input
 - Designing visual assets including logos, icons, and full graphic design systems
 - Ensuring search engine–friendly, mobile-optimized sites using modern responsive design techniques
 - Collaborating directly with clients to define business goals and translate them into digital strategies
 - Supporting product managers with UX and UI design for complex workflows while maintaining visual consistency across applications
 
This role demanded a strong balance of creativity, technical fluency, and collaboration—allowing me to contribute meaningfully to both the strategic direction and execution of digital products.
GRIFFIN Solutions Group – Roswell, GA
UI/UX Designer & Front-End Developer
At Griffin Solutions Group, I worked at the intersection of design and development to deliver responsive, user-friendly websites and digital applications tailored to diverse client needs. My role spanned the full project lifecycle—from concept through deployment—requiring a deep understanding of both technical implementation and user experience strategy.
Key contributions included:
- Designing and building custom responsive websites using HTML5, CSS3, and jQuery, ensuring optimal performance across devices and browsers
 - Developing WordPress themes from the ground up with PHP, including custom templates and advanced CMS features
 - Creating thoughtful UI and UX design solutions for both web and mobile applications, with a focus on clean design, accessibility, and ease of use
 - Partnering with creative leadership and product managers to define project goals, workflows, and user interactions
 - Producing high-fidelity UI mockups and interactive prototypes for stakeholder review and developer handoff

Fine Art World, LLC & Van Gogh Again Editions – Broomfield, CO
Web Designer | Graphic Designer
As the sole web and graphic designer shared between Fine Art World and its sister company Van Gogh Again, I played a pivotal role in shaping the digital and visual direction for both brands from the ground up. Starting at the launch of Fine Art World in 2007, I led the design, development, and ongoing evolution of both companies’ online platforms and creative assets.
Key responsibilities included:
- Leading all web design and front-end development for public-facing websites and back-end content management systems used by over 100 artists and galleries
 - Designing intuitive, responsive user interfaces for both collectors and artist/gallery users
 - Developing websites using HTML, HTML5, CSS, CSS3, Flash, and jQuery to ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile optimization
 - Creating all brand and marketing visuals, including logos, icons, promotional graphics, and digital collateral
 - Overseeing UI/UX design, SEO, and branding strategy across both platforms to support user growth and engagement
 - Managing and executing digital marketing efforts, such as email campaigns, Google AdWords, blogging, and social media content
 - Supporting print design, product photography, video editing, and other multimedia needs
 - Delivering customer training and support, helping users navigate the system and manage their own online portfolios
 
Balancing responsibilities across two companies required adaptability, creative range, and strong project ownership. My work contributed directly to the growth and success of both platforms by delivering unified, high-quality user experiences and visual consistency across all digital and print channels.

As a freelance designer and developer, I provide end-to-end digital solutions for a wide range of clients, managing all aspects of responsive web design, custom WordPress theme development (PHP), and front-end development. My work spans multiple disciplines—technical, creative, and strategic—to deliver cohesive, results-driven digital experiences.
Key responsibilities and services include:
- Designing and developing responsive websites using HTML, HTML5, CSS, CSS3, and jQuery
 - Creating custom WordPress themes from the ground up, tailored to client needs and business goals
 - Building complete brand identities including logos, icons, and design systems

During my contract role at Marc Taylor Design, I contributed to a variety of creative projects, supporting both client work and in-house initiatives. My work focused on delivering strong visual design across multiple formats, while aligning with brand identity and messaging goals.
Key contributions included:
- Designing icons and brand assets for a range of clients and industries
 - Producing marketing collateral including brochures, flyers, and other print materials
 - Providing photography support for use in marketing and brand storytelling
 
This role required a collaborative mindset, quick creative turnaround, and attention to both visual detail and brand strategy.

Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Fine Art – Drawing, Painting & Graphic Design
I earned a Fine Art degree with concentrations in drawing, painting, and graphic design, developing both traditional and digital creative skills. The program emphasized visual storytelling, composition, color theory, and hands-on studio practice alongside foundational design principles and software proficiency.
In addition to academic pursuits, I was a student-athlete, competing on the university’s track and cross country teams, where I honed discipline, time management, and team collaboration.
